"Beautiful flavours and very polite staff. (Updated - Been back about 6 times this summer and fall. The hard ice creams are wonderful.) (2024 update - still great, enjoying more visits this summer!) (Oct 26, they are now open all year it looks like. Just did our Saturday ice cream run. Yummy!) (Mother's Day 2025 update - did our standard Sunday ice cream run. Lovely!)"

Jo at Fontaine des Glaces gave me quite literally the best service I've ever had — not just at an ice cream bar, but anywhere. Period. From the moment I walked in, Jo had this energy — like he was him. You know what I mean? Cool, confident, kind, and absolutely dialed in. He made recommendations like a flavor sommelier, hyped up every combo like it was art (and it was), and had half the shop smiling just by being there. This wasn’t just customer service — it was an experience. Promote this man. Let him train others. Make him the face of the brand. He’s got that “it” factor you can’t teach. If Jo’s on shift, you’re not just getting ice cream. You’re getting a five-star moment. We even share the SuperHero ice cream together"
